The kitchen has always been my happy place. It’s been almost 50 years since I took over cooking the family meals from my mother, and since then I have prepared countless delicious meals for family, friends and clients
I started my business in the fall of 2019. Who knew at that time how drastically life would change in 2020. Building a business during a pandemic is difficult, even more so when that business is in the food industry. With so many staying home more, I saw a need that wasn't being met. From meal planning and shopping for groceries to cooking and clean up, everything is done for you.
I am a member of the United States Personal Chef Association (www.USPCA.com) and a Certified Food Safety Manager. In this ever-changing and evolving field, I shall continually strive to improve my skills and abilities. I consider this essential to oversee the preparation, safe storage and service of food.
Food safety and cleanliness is our number one priority. As the CDC guidelines continue to be refined, we are updating our policies and procedures as needed to met all recommended guidelines.
